About DataVisual

Turning dense USPS contracts into clear, visual intelligence — so contractors can bid with confidence and operate with precision.

The problem

USPS contracts are difficult to navigate.

The USPS Statement of Work lacks the clarity and detail required to fully evaluate the request and prepare an accurate bid. Contractors are left guessing — and the back-and-forth slows everyone down.

Our solution

A visual architecture for every contract.

In partnership with Bear Cognition, DataVisual processes USPS SOW data and delivers a one-page evaluation, visual service map, operational map, 24-hour timeline, and animated simulation — so contractors can build competitive, well-informed bids.

John Pool

Founder, DataVisual

John Pool founded DataVisual to bring clarity to one of the most complex contracting processes in the country. Drawing on years of experience inside USPS operations through Mail Management Services, John saw firsthand how contractors struggled to interpret dense SOW documents — and how often that ambiguity led to mispriced bids and operational friction.

DataVisual is the product of that frustration: a system that transforms raw contract language into visual maps, timelines, and simulations contractors can actually use. It is built by operators, for operators.
